Master Instruments Announces New CEO
Master Instruments is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Rayment as Chief Executive Officer, effective 15 June 2026.
Bruce joins Master Instruments with more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, industrial technology, marine, and not-for-profit sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led organisations through periods of growth, transformation, operational improvement, and strategic expansion.
As CEO, Bruce will be responsible for leading the next phase of growth for Master Instruments, building on the company's strong reputation as one of Australia's leading suppliers of batteries, battery packs, power conversion products, test and measurement equipment, and specialised DC power solutions.
Bruce's appointment comes at a time of significant opportunity for Master Instruments as demand continues to grow across industrial, energy storage, transport, communications, medical, and emerging technology sectors.
Under Bruce's leadership, the company will focus on strengthening customer relationships, expanding market opportunities, enhancing operational excellence, and continuing to deliver innovative solutions that support customers across Australia and New Zealand.
